Protect 340B Act Introduced in House of Representatives

The PROTECT 340B Act – the first-ever comprehensive Federal anti-pickpocketing bill -- was introduced into the House of Representatives on Friday July 9 by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and David McKinley (R-WV). In the coming weeks, CHCANYS will be sending out an Advocacy Toolkit and Advocacy Alerts to encourage all health centers to get their members of congress to cosponsor the bill.
