Full-Time Community Outreach Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Marketing & Community Relations in planning, managing and coordinating internal and external marketing projects
- Collaborate with community partners, schools and health insurance plans to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Develop marketing materials in variety of formats, including flyer, audio, video and print
- Coordinate and participate in outreach and marketing events such as community fairs, workshops, open house events, etc.
- Coordinate with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities
- Assist patients in navigating the health center system including appointment booking, translations and care coordination
- Coordinate with press to organize press event
- Prepare reports related to marketing initiatives
- Collect data for review and analysis
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Available to work at events on weekends and/or evening
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health or marketing, social service, or related field
- Working knowledge of applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a human service or health-related setting, especially conducting outreach and/or marketing in the Asian, South Asian and/or Spanish community
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Professional oral and written proficiency in English
- Bilingual in English and Bengali
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
