HRSA UDS+ Quality Improvement Notice of Award
CHCANYS and other state primary care associations have successfully secured funding from HRSA to assist health centers with UDS+ implementation. This award will go to health center grantees in June 2024, supporting training personnel, enhancing care coordination, and upgrading health information technology (HIT) systems.
Key Funding Details:
HRSA awarded $56 million in total funding to all Health Center Program operational grant (H80) award recipients in June 2024.
Grantees will receive a base amount of $39k plus an additional amount per patient. Click here on how to read your Notice of Award.

This funding is a way for BPHC to provide funding to all health centers and to help health centers enhance their UDS+ capabilities.
