Cost

Cost per minute varies depending on volume of calls or video.
$0.85-99/minute (Over the Phone Interpreting, OPI) – minimum of 3 minutes
$1.00-1.20/minute (Video Remote Interpreting, VRI) – minimum of 3 minutes

Implementation Details

Implementation is immediate, or up to one day to set up a large account. To initiate services, BURG provides users with a username and password to access portal. Initial training is also provided.
