Garage Solutions has built BRIDGE, a comprehensive population health management platform for value-based care. The telehealth application within the platform, IGNITE, allows for remote care delivery using video, audio, and text. Ignite empowers providers to take care of their high-risk patients, provide 24/7 support during emergency times such as COVID-19, and also be reimbursed for additional programs such as the CCM Medicare program from CMS. IGNITE can also be purchased separate of the BRIDGE platform.

IGNITE only – 25 cents PMPM– All inclusive regardless of number of sessions a patient has in a month or the duration of each telehealth session. Also includes unlimited customization, unlimited training, unlimited integration and unlimited access.
BRIDGE (IGNITE included) - $1 PMPM– All inclusive with no hidden fees for all apps. Also includes unlimited customization, unlimited training, unlimited integration and unlimited access.
Once the subscription agreements are signed, a kickoff call is scheduled which then leads to finalization of configurations and any required customizations. The build set up is a matter of days and followed by training and roll out. Post roll out, The Garage also tracks adoption and recommends best practices. Overall, implementation can be done in 2 days to 4 weeks depending on complexity of configurations and any customizations needed.
