VSee Clinic, along with VSee Messenger, is a cloud-based platform that allows for HIPAA compliant video conferencing. In addition, VSee Clinic provides additional telemedicine workflow tools. VSee can accommodate a wide range of workflow variations including direct-to-consumer, internal communications, and provider-to-provider consults.

Pricing is on a per provider basis. In addition, the number of users and features used will affect pricing. Payments can be made annually. There are group pricing options available upon request. In addition, there are COVID-19 discounts based on volume of providers and features requested.
The implementation process is simple and rapid. After a payment has been made, implementation takes about 3-4 business days. Provider training takes an additional day. VSee will oversee onboarding and will closely work with providers over a 6 week period for customer success.
