Data Analytics

Data Analytics is the act of extracting and organizing raw data in order to identify patterns and make inferences.

The 1115 Waiver was approved by CMS on January 9, 2024. This waiver demonstration allocates $7.5 billion over three years to make changes to New York’s healthcare system and achieve health equity goals. CHCANYS has developed an overview of the waiver and the state has opened the Request for Application (RFA) to become a Social Care Network.
