The deadline for all community health centers to recertify for participation in the 340B program is Monday February 28. Community health centers must recertify with 340B annually, and the process entails attesting to their compliance with all 340B program requirements, and ensuring that their data on all clinical and contract pharmacy sites is up-to-date on the HRSA 340B database. Community health centers who fail to recertify midnight on February 28 will immediately lose eligibility to participate in 340B for a minimum of 4 months. To recertify, the community health center’s Authorizing Officials and Primary Contacts must first set up user accounts by visiting the HRSA 340B Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System (340B OPAIS). For questions or assistance, email the 340B call center or call 888-340-2787.
