Ana Reyes joined CHCANYS in July 1998 as the receptionist/secretary. Over her 24 years at CHCANYS, Ana has had many roles and responsibilities, from Admin Assistant to Executive Assistant to Office Manger to Operations Manager. Ana is now the Director of HR and Office Services, overseeing the day-to-day operational functions for the NYC and Albany offices, including Facilities management, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits and IT support. She is currently a member of the Nominating & DEI Committees.
Ana's dedication, passion, and loyalty to CHCANYS is undeniable, as we have seen time and time again, particularly during the pandemic - risking her own safety to ensure the NYC office remained secure.
Congratulations, Ana! We look forward to the next 24 years!

Roxanne Wynn joined CHCANYS in December 1996 and worked her way up through the ranks to her current position as the Senior Director of Corporate Relations & Sponsorship.
While pursuing Journalism, Roxanne was encouraged by a professor to study Public Administration due to her passion for service, and graduated from NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service while working as a Freelance Writer.
Over the years, Roxanne has worked closely with our Board and was instrumental in launching the model from which today’s conference and early trainings continue to successfully grow in breadth and scope.
With passion and dedication to CHCANYS’ mission, Roxanne continues to grow a strong base of loyal corporate supporters with attention to member needs and company synergy.
For our FQHCs, she leads our efforts with CommonWealth Purchasing Group (CPG) in which 64 New York health centers currently participate, realizing more than $5.5 million in savings as of 2022. With the continuing success and growth of the CPG partnership, she has taken on the Nonstop Wellness partnership for FQHCs, which promotes an innovative model for healthcare coverage.
She spearheaded CHCANYS’ appearance on Broadway! (not literally). Jointly, the Finance/OPS and Communications teams tried a new, first-step during the pandemic to raise awareness for National Non Profit Day https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYGZdwpfhRw with our first-ever Times Square billboard and similarly with a DirectTV spot for Philanthropy Day and to raise even greater awareness in 2022 with the NASDAQ Billboard .
Roxanne is the lead facilitator for CHCANYS’ internal DEI Committee as they continue to build a CHCANYS’ culture where staff from all backgrounds can feel celebrated for their diversity, valued, and heard, and where a deep sense of belonging is fostered for all staff.
A long-standing commitment to service exemplifies who Roxanne is, and what she believes in. We are grateful that Roxanne has chosen to spend 26 professional years with CHCANYS.
Congratulations, we look forward to the next 26 years.
