The HRSA and CHC Inc. Designed Readiness to Train Assessment Tool or the RTAT was administered in late 2020 and early 2021 to health centers across the country to assess their readiness to engage in health professions education and training programs (HP-ET). 50% of the New York State FQHCs had at least one staff member complete the survey. Of those who completed the survey, 16 were ready to train, 17 were approaching readiness and 1 health center was developing readiness. Those health centers that completed the survey should have received results specific to their health center in late November of 2021. CHCANYS is available for technical assistance to review the results and to discuss next steps for this project.
