HRSA Funding Notices

HRSA has announced New Access Points (NAP) funding for 2025. This grant supports primary health services at new access points. The funding is dependent on the passage of the federal budget, requiring a long-term funding extension (i.e. beyond December 2024) for funds to flow. HRSA aims to prioritize rural areas and expects to award $50 million in FY 2025 to 77 applicants. 
How to Apply:

  • Phase 1: Submit initial applications via Grants.gov by August 15, 2024 
  • Phase 2: Submit supplemental information via HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) by September 30, 2024
  • You must be a private, non-profit entity or a public agency, propose at least one new site to delivery primary health services for medically underserved populations.
  • Applications must be completed in both systems as outlined.

  • HRSA Funding Notice: Expanded Hours

HRSA has announced the Expanded Hours (EH) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), which is now open for applications. This grant supports HRSA-funded health centers in extending their service hours to improve access to comprehensive primary care services. This grant is a great opportunity for health centers looking to extend their service hours and improve access to primary care services. We encourage eligible centers to apply early and take advantage of the upcoming webinar to learn more about the application process. $60 million is available for approximately 120 grants, up to $500,000 in EH funding per year.
