The New York Health Foundation is accepting applications through a new RFP for an OpenNotes funding opportunity. This RFP is open to any non-hospital system in New York State implementing and sharing open notes in compliance with recent federal rules and is seeking to go beyond compliance and use open notes to spark a culture change and more meaningfully engage patients. NYHealth will offer non-hospital systems grants of $50,000 per site (for up to two sites per system, pending funding availability), as well as expert-led technical assistance and peer learning opportunities. Applications must be submitted by January 26, 2023.
