Established in 2012, the New York Statewide Health Center Controlled Network (NYS-HCCN) is one of forty-nine HRSA funded networks that work together to strengthen and leverage health information technology (HIT).

CHCANYS Public Health AmeriCorps is a partnership and collaboration between CHCANYS, the New York State Commission on National and Community Service, AmeriCorps, and the CDC.

Resources on workforce & human resources

Various online resources compiled to provide health centers with valuable information and training and technical assistance on workforce, human resources, and National Health Services Corps Programs and other health workforce related resources.

The FY23 State budget was finalized April 7. Highlights of the final enacted budget include a commitment for 2 years of partial payment parity in telehealth, creation of a new loan repayment program for nurses and continued commitment to loan repayment for doctors, and ongoing support for critical health center infrastructure funding.
