The Common Application for all NTTAP 2022-2023 Learning Collaboratives is now open! This condensed application will allow organizations to easily apply for consideration for our free intensive learning collaborative experiences designed to effectively move participating organizations from planning to implementation of replicable models.
This will include a series of videoconference learning sessions and coaching sessions with 10-12 primary care teams from across the country, as well as quality improvement training, ongoing mentoring for coaches in your organization, technical assistance, and access to web-based tools.
Learning Collaboratives will be offered in the following areas:
- Comprehensive and Team-Based Care (October 2022 to June 2023)
- Postgraduate Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship Program (October to March 2023)
- Health Professions Student Training (January to June 2023)
- HIV Prevention (January to June 2023)
Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC) and its Weitzman Institute (WI) serves as The National Training and Technical Assistance Partnership (NTTAP) on Clinical Workforce Development supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide free training and technical assistance to FQHCs and Look-Alikes at no cost to the organizations.
Applications close Friday, September 30, 2022. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis. More information can be found in the application here.
