Health centers will be allowed to enter and validate de-identified patient-level UDS+ data electronically through the Preliminary Reporting Environment (PRE) before the 2024 reporting period begins on January 1, 2025. CHCs can access it through the HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) reporting portal. Two offline reporting tools are also available to help with submissions of UDS data – offline Excel and HTML files.
