The Clinical Operations Director works in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance, as well as all Program Directors at our Federally Qualified Health Centers. In partnership with senior staff, candidate is responsible for the implementation of quality efforts of the health center and will ensure the organization is meeting state and federal healthcare compliance requirements. They will promote staff retention through professional development and will be responsible for implementing staff training and in-service programs. Working with current community partners and developing new partnerships will be a priority to ensure the organization is effectively meeting the needs of the underserved in our community.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field required; a Master's Degree and RN Certification preferred. Five years of high-level management is required, preferably in a rural primary healthcare setting.
