Full-Time Program Manager
Reports To: Director of Social Work

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the Consumer Assistance for the Aged, Blinded and Disabled program
- Hire, train and supervise program staff including Enrollers, Outreach Workers and Quality Assurance staff and monitor daily activities
- Provide initial and ongoing in-house training for program staff on relevant topics including updated guidelines
- Collaborate with other CBWCHC teams on program promotion, implementation and reporting
- Conduct issue resolution between enrollers and clients
- Ensure all applications are reviewed for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor subcontractor progress and respond to any issues that may arise
- Report monthly/quarterly program statistics to supervisor and to NYSDOH
- Serve as a liaison between the Program, subcontractor, NYSDOH, the Health Plans and other organizations
- Attend and participate in supervision staff meetings, trainings and conferences held by NYSDOH and by the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health care administration, social work or related fields. Master degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in managed care, ambulatory care correlated fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 per year
