Full-Time Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the Health Center’s drug discount program (340B) that provides reduced drug prices to patients
- Complete administrative tasks associated with the 340B program
- Schedule meetings and write minutes
- Create reports
- Revenue management
- Facilitate vendor payments
- Maintain and organize policies and procedures
- Ensure success of the Health Center’s compliance program
- Schedule meetings and write minutes
- Maintain and organize policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Director to set strategic goals
- Report quarterly on progress of compliance goals
- Administrative management of the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visit
- Assist in securing funding from government grants for Health Center programs through grants management
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance, Risk and Regulatory Affairs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters Degree Preferred in related field
- Minimum of a College Degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
