The CHCANYS-HCCN provides EHR technical assistance to the network’s most widely used platforms. Content includes presentations and resources around patient engagement, provider burden, patient access as well as tips and tricks on the use of the EHR.

EHR user groups are run on a regular cadence and invites all NYS FQHCs to join and discuss promising practices and updates to the platform.

CHCANYS also participates in the KLAS Arch Collaborative, which is a provider-led effort to unlock the potential of EHRs in revolutionizing patient care. Through standardized surveys and benchmarking, healthcare organizations collaborate to uncover best practices and move the needle in healthcare IT. Currently, the Arch Collaborative uses measurement data to improve the EHR experience through training, governance, and culture.
